We strive to provide high-quality cleaning every time. If you’re not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will gladly return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
Our cleaners are background-checked, trained, and insured.
While we take utmost care, Zappe is not liable for pre-existing damages or wear and tear on property.
Zappe is not responsible for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of nature or third-party issues.
